? ? ? ?硬把優(yōu)點(diǎn)說(shuō)成弱點(diǎn)，讓人覺(jué)得虛假、無(wú)法意識(shí)到自己的問(wèn)題?；卮饝?yīng)該要誠(chéng)實(shí)而有策略：合理說(shuō)明自己的弱點(diǎn)，一定要補(bǔ)充為了改善，正進(jìn)行那些努力。比起陳述情緒上的弱點(diǎn)，陳述自己不擅處理的狀況，更容易被接受。
