1、對設(shè)計充滿熱情，有創(chuàng)造性思維，善于解決問題，學(xué)習(xí)能力強； 2、建筑學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；擁有2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗； 3、理解項目在各個階段的設(shè)計要求和相關(guān)建筑規(guī)范，輔助創(chuàng)始人及設(shè)計師參與建筑設(shè)計； 4、在上級建筑師指導(dǎo)下能配合完成小型項目的方案設(shè)計工作； 5、具備良好的審美意識，工作主動，有責(zé)任心； 6、熟悉掌握相關(guān)專業(yè)常用軟件； 7、有良好的設(shè)計表達(dá)能力和溝通協(xié)作能力； 8、良好的英語和普通話聽說讀寫能力。 Qualifications i.Passionate about design, creative thinking, good at solving problems, and strong learning ability; ii.Architecture and other related majors, bachelor degree or above; have more than 2 years of relevant work experience; iii.Understand the design requirements and related building codes of the project at each stage, and assist founders and designers to participate in architectural design; iv.Under the guidance of the superior architect, can cooperate to complete the design work of small projects; v.Possess good aesthetic awareness, work initiative, and have a sense of responsibility; vi.Familiar with relevant professional commonly used software; vii.Have good design expression ability and communication and cooperation ability; viii.Good English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
