1. 一份不錯的審美素養(yǎng)， 一份良好的溝通態(tài)度，一份快速的學(xué)習(xí)能力，一份持久的設(shè)計熱情（最看重）； 2. 建筑相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷； 3. 在一線建筑事務(wù)所2年以上工作經(jīng)驗，在至少兩個在施或已落成的大型綜合體、文化、公共類項目中承擔主要貢獻者角色（請在作品集中說明所任職務(wù)及工作內(nèi)容）； 4. 將國際視野的審美水準和建筑規(guī)范密切結(jié)合，能夠以精準的方式表達設(shè)計創(chuàng)意； 5. 優(yōu)秀的時間管理，團隊協(xié)作及溝通能力，適應(yīng)快速的工作節(jié)奏； 6. 熟練使用常用設(shè)計軟件，如AutoCAD，Rhino和 Adobe CS等，了解Maya和Revit更佳； 7. 能夠在雙語（中英）環(huán)境工作的候選人優(yōu)先。 1. More than 2 years of working experience in the first-line construction firm, and take the role of major contributor in at least two large-scale complex, cultural and public projects under construction or completed (please specify the position and work content in the works); 4. Closely combine the aesthetic standard of international vision with the building code, and be able to express the design creativity in a precise way; 5. Excellent time management, teamwork and communication skills, adapt to the fast pace of work; 6. Familiar with common design software, such as AutoCAD, rhino, Adobe CS, etc., better understanding Maya and Revit; 7. Candidates who can work in bilin**l (Chinese English) environment are preferred.
