面試結(jié)束前，面試官總會問“Any questions?”（還有問題想問嗎？），這句話不是隨便問問，他想知道你對這份工作感興趣的程度、是不是最佳人選?；卮稹笡]有問題」，只會顯得不夠在乎、或是沒下功夫研究。好的提問讓你有機(jī)會強(qiáng)調(diào)自己的優(yōu)勢，也幫助自己決定這份工作是否適合的關(guān)鍵。

面試中怎么問？依照這六個步驟：

1.想知道、還沒談到的問題
What is the single largest problem facing your staff?
面對員工，最大的問題是什么？

Do you offer continuing education and professional training?
公司提供進(jìn)一步的教育或?qū)I(yè)訓(xùn)練嗎？

What are the performance expectations of this position over the first 12 months?
你們期望這個職位第一年達(dá)成什么樣的成績？

What are the most immediate projects that need to be addressed?
那些計劃需要立即處理？

2.消除疑慮
找出對方期待的人才特質(zhì)、經(jīng)歷，強(qiáng)調(diào)你是理想人選。

What types of skills is the team missing that you're looking to fill with a new hire??
你希望找到哪種專業(yè)的人才，可以補(bǔ)團(tuán)隊目前的不足？

Do you have any hesitation about my qualification??
你對我的資歷有沒有疑慮？

3. 找出地雷
先弄清楚公司文化、成長機(jī)會，可以避免不必要的驚喜。

Can you talk about the team I'll be working with??
可以談?wù)剷黄鸷献鞯膱F(tuán)隊嗎？

Where is the last person who held this job moving on to?
前任負(fù)責(zé)人到哪兒了呢？

What are the career paths in this department/company?
在部門／公司的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)畫會是什么樣子？

4.長期計劃
這是為了了解公司和你的價值觀是否一致，同時，也展現(xiàn)你希望長期努力的決心。

What can you tell me about your new products or plans for growth?
可以談?wù)勀銈兊男庐a(chǎn)品或成長計劃嗎？

What are the company's goals for the next five to ten years?
公司未來五到十年的目標(biāo)是什么？

Can you talk about the opportunities for advancement?
可否談?wù)剷x升的機(jī)會？

5.建立關(guān)系
試著問與面試官個人職涯相關(guān)的問題，拉近關(guān)系，但是請注意他的反應(yīng)，問題也不要太過私人。合適的問題像：

How long have you been with the company??
你在這間公司多久了呢？

What's your favorite part about working here?
在這兒工作你最喜歡的一點是？

What did you do before this job?
在此之前你從事什么工作？

6.詢問「下一步」收尾
收尾記得重申你對這個職位的熱誠，然后確認(rèn)下一步

What is the next step in the process?　
下一步會是什么呢？

Is there anything else I can provide that would be helpful?
我還可以提供什么嗎？
